Follow easy steps
Salt down the salmon and fry with vegetabl oil on a grill-pan.
Sprinkle cherry tomatoes with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven or fry on a grill pan.
Heat up the cheese topping with a bit of cream.
Lay out the salmon on a plate with baked tomatoes, pour cheese topping over it. Garnish with microgreens and enjoy.
