Fry a slice of toast bread on a dry pan or in a toaster.
        Cut the avocado in 2 parts, slice it up and lay on top of the toast. Put a slice of salmon on top
      Boil a poached egg and put it on the ready toast. 
        Heat up the cheese topping in a stew pan or a microwave and pour it generously on the meal. 
     Garnish with microgreens and enjoy your breakfast.
