Follow easy steps
Peel the coarse fibers off the asparagus and poach it in salted water to al dente.
Heat up the cheese topping in a stewpan.
Lay out hot asparagus on a platter, put the poached egg on top.
Pour it with heated cheese topping, dredge with grated parmesan and garnish with microgreens.
